All content, materials, features, and functionality available through our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, are owned by Ignismap or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and seminar materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6.3 User-Generated Content
By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to our platform (including discussion posts, comments, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

10.5 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ignismap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
